I had my MEG scan in December 2007 before my RTL in March of 2008. In
total I had 4 tests done in a 2 week period. I had a PET scan, MEG
scan, nuero psych testing, and a WADA test. I had already had a video
EEG prior to that. Once all tests were done the surgery committee met
to review them and I heard about 2 weeks after the last test about the
outcome. You will likely nto get "results" the way you typically get
results, in that the purpose of a MEG is to determine surgical
viability. Typically what you will hear is whether surgery is an
option. If you are considering surgery be sure they do all the tests I
mentioned above.
