Re: [epilepsy] Anticipation of seizure

Doris,

Most of my seizures come in the daytime, but if they do come in the night I
rarely get any sleep that night. Most of the time, when I have a seizure, I
can tell when it is going to happen. I only have a few minutes notice
though. I tell somebody and try to sit down before it happens. I don't have
the warning all the time though. When I was younger I never knew when I was
going to have them.I can't explain the way I feel when it gets ready to
happen; I never have been able to explain it to the doctor. It is there and
after the seizure is over it is gone.It sure helps as fars as keeping you
from getting hurt.
