I do notice my clothes fitting a little better, plus I have this strange 'light' feeling, as if I am losing weight, but the scale isn't going down. I know that's just psychological. The main success I have is mental/emotional.

It's not in your head, if the clothes fit better, you're losing FAT. That is what shows up before a scales. You could throw scales away.

I feel more content with myself. I'm still waiting for the physical, but I am more than happy with the results I have been having so far (and I've been cheating off and on, so imagine what could happen when one adopts this as a lifestyle.)
