Hmm, I haven't truly lose any weight yet, but I am not overweight, so this could be why. I do notice my clothes fitting a little better, plus I have this strange 'light' feeling, as if I am losing weight, but the scale isn't going down. I know that's just psychological. The main success I have is mental/emotional. I use to be prone to ED behaviors (such as wild bingeing), but not anymore. I am perfectly content only having one meal a day. I feel like my eating is healing, if that makes sense. I feel more content with myself. I'm still waiting for the physical, but I am more than happy with the results I have been having so far (and I've been cheating off and on, so imagine what could happen when one adopts this as a lifestyle.)
That's all I have so far.
