[fast5] Re: New with a question

Try eating a big meal around midday with a full day's worth of meat and animal fat, then fast for 19-23 hours straight before you eat your meal the next day. Drink icy water or other no calorie drink when you feel hungry in the meantime.

"Jump in! The Fasting is fine." No need to torture yourself by creeping up on the fasting life-style.

I first started with a fasting period of over 2 days for my entry into trying fasting just as a challenge to myself. Once you survive that the 20 hour fasts will be easy. Fasting for extended straight hours is what it all boils down to as this lowers insulin levels, which switches from fat production to burning. Too many make it more difficult than it is by concentrating on "eating window". It is long extended fasting period every day that counts.
