My name is Laura Cody and I started fast 5 .Oct 24th. I decided to try the ratcheting instead of trying to hit my eventual window. So I started with 12 noon and today I am up to 2:30.
So when does the not being hungry kick in? Some days I have no problem getting there and other days, like today, I am starving. Even so, I made to the designated time.
I will eventually get the book, assuming ya’ll think it worth it? I know its free, but I would have to read it on my computer and I hate doing that.
In the meantime, any hints, tips, or your own stories?
