Is it safe to assume that nobody is experimenting with different length of time eating meals...Frozen at the book default 5 hours of eating?
Despite referring to "dinner-cqncelling" and "eating in daylight" programs and comparing it to late-night eating, is everybody still stuck at Book Default eating time of day?
Is everybody eating what ever they like as long as they strictly follow the Book on eating time of day and eat a full 5 hour window, so they follow the namesake "Fast-5"?
