Poached Tuna with Sundried Tomatoes - 6.4g Carbs, 1.3g Fiber, 3.1g Sugar

1/4 cup dry white wine or clam juice
1/2 tsp thyme
4 tuna steaks, 6 oz each
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 1/4 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
Aluminum foil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Rub tuna with oil and garlic. Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and
pepper to taste. Place tuna in a baking pan. Add wine and top
fish with sun dried tomatoes and lemon slices. Cover pan tightly
with aluminum foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until tuna is
brown outside and slightly pink inside.
