10 K steps is a lot of steps . I haven't gotten there yet. I've done 5 K steps and that is only thing that I need to go too. I guess I need to walk around my building more. they say if you walk around the building -- it is almost a mile.

I have a pedometer-- or did . Right now I'm not sure where it is. I might have to get another one.

Yes I see Dr. Oz every once in a while and I read something he wrote recently about the 10K steps. I'd love to do that myself but that's a lot of steps!!

You're right about the control thing. Growing up he fought us tooth and nail on absolutely everything and I know it was about control. So much in his life he couldn't control that he fought to control at least some things.
