Not to encouraging.  I have a disability policy ( I am working and have for 40 years)  at age 60 I have a few years to go to medicare so I was hoping the disabiltiiy might be a possibilty.  My late husband fought for SS disabilitiy he had hep c and a liver transplant eventually and passed away at age 54. He got it but it was a fight.    I know how frustrated we were when he tried to get his   So i figured.

I am so down right now it doesnt matter much I guess.

Ep is becoming harder to get a disability for. I tried three times in
different states. I am now 47 and have other problems due to the ep. I
have osteoarthritis due to all the falling.

The drs now tell me to hire an attorney and go for it. The drs say I
will qualify now, but I don't know if I will be refused due to my
husband's income.

I have not been allowed to work since 2001. Good luck.
