[epilepsy] Re: Tonic-clonic; generalized seizures

 

I used to get tremors in my hands especially when I was eating and using a fork and knife and also when I would type on the computer. You have described classic symptoms of magnesium deficiency. Which is not surprising, at least in my perception. YOu need to get your magnesium levels up - that would stop the cramps, and put transdermal magnesium on the inside of your wrists and over the top of your hands. You do not need to stop taking your drugs to use transdermal magnesium.
