[epilepsy] Headache post seizure

 

I was wondering what others may do to help with the dilly of
headache that seems to always follow my seizures. I had a
granmal when asleep last night. I am on Lamictal 2oomg twice
daily. After the seizure husband gave me Activan then since it
really makes me sleep and is helpful since sometimes the
seizures repeat at same time. Another drug I take is the Zoloft
before going to bed as it sometimes helps me get to sleep.

It's been almost 10 hours ago since this last seizures, but I still
have headache. If you might have similar experiences in part, please
share them. It is meaningful hearing how others handle this.
