I've been fast-5ing for about 5 weeks. I am not doing it to lose weight
(I'm at my ideal weight), but for more energy. And it really works! My
window is about 230p to 730p. Sometimes later.
The only problem is I'm getting headaches before my window opens. And I
admit that I often don't start at 230p, because amazingly, I'm not
hungry!
Is it low blood sugar? My friend thinks it's because I'm eating too many
sweets. I do have some sweets at night sometimes...
I would love to hear any ideas!
