Hi RuthR - thanks for the post. Gratz on the loss! I can't agree more with everything you wrote. WOW I feel fantastic. The amount of energy I have is off the chart :). I'm not obsessed by food and I really look forward to getting out with the dog. Problem is, now he's having a hard time keeping up...lol. I'm hoping to get back to the gym next week (dependant on the weather cause it's over an hour powerwalk/jog home and the weather is averaging low-mid 30s HOT desert weather. Cringe to think when summer really hits). So yeah, doing great. Good news for my first week - 5lb loss. 5 down, 40 something to go!

> You will do just fine. I do exercise in the am for two hours and also walk the dog. I can't believe the energy I have. I've been on this system for three weeks now and I love it. Believe me the hunger will stop. I use to eat breakfast and two hours later I had to eat and then lunch, etc. I will start shaking if I didn't eat food. I don't know how hard you are working out but maybe cut down a little or have more protein in your five hour window. Hunger will stop believe me. I used to be worry all the time about what and when I was going to eat. Just keep busy and you will make it. I lost 5 pounds as of today. My metabolism was just shut down. It didn't matter what I did I just couldn't loose any weight. I LOVE this way of LIFE. How is it going?

When I get home (sometime around 10am) I'm usually starving and will have something to eat. This morning is my first day on F5 and because I can't eat yet I've gulped down nearly a litre of water. My usual intake is around 2 litres a day. I don't have a problem drinking so much water, since I am a water junkie BUT is it ok to workout and not eat? How does everyone else do with morning exercise?
