Spicy Mushrooms - Fitr Har

1 pound small fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion -- finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 cloves garlic -- minced
1/2 red bell pepper -- finely chopped
1 teaspoon red chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup chopped cilantro
Boil about 4 cups water. Drop in the mushrooms and cook for two minutes. Remove them form the water and drain.
Saute the onions in the oil until they are transparent. Add the mushrooms, the garlic, and both peppers. Cook for 5 minutes. Season with black pepper and cilantro. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve in a flat dish.
Yields 4 servings.
