I had the same question, though from reading the Little Book twice I
surmise that pretty much whatever you want in the window is okey
dokey. I am on my second day, and started with a breakfast of fresh
OJ, coffee with milk(!) (coffee is the only thing I have ever missed in
all my fasting career) and old fashioned oatmeal with maple syrup,
walnuts and soy milk. Yum! I have no hunger two hours later
(unsurprisingly)
that does me for the day.
Looks to me like if you have a breakfast, lunch and dinner in the
window no problem... however, I can't imagine being able to get it all
down!
I also understand from reading the program a couple times that even if
you can get three meals down in the window, plus snacks, no problem!
What I think will happen is you will come to a happy medium with your
window, and get everything you need to eat.
Have a great window! Bon apetit and all that jazz!
