As a longtime faster (mainly for colon cleansing purposes) I am well
accustomed to most of the adjustments required for this plan. I was
very impressed by the Little Book, which really shows the
qualifications and education behind this seemingly odd concept, which
in light of all evidence makes perfect sense.
I have never been a fan of breakfast. I can easily fast through
until the pm, which I always thought to be a bad thing. This plan
makes it not only acceptable, but actually preferable!
I live in Mexico, where the main meal is eaten in the midafternoon,
which I have always enjoyed. A 5 hour window sounds generous to me
to get in all the eating I really need for a day.
I am finishing a 10 day maintenance cleansing fast (on juices), and
will go to this plan starting with the break. I look forward to
reporting my progress (I have about 20 extra pounds I'd like to see
gone forever).
