Thanks Millie!
It's fascinating how it effects every single one of us Eps in a different way. I think that is the biggest challenge we have, with the rest of the world. No matter what they expect of us, they don't know, and will never know, what to expect unless they get Ep themselves. And we don't even really know! Yet, once we step outside their generalizations, many are intolerant. It's up to groups like this to figure out how to manage that. As far as I'm concerned it's not really about us, it's about them. Who to let in to our lives, who to keep out, and how to treat those who are in. It's tricky! But fascinating. I would love your thoughts on that! YOu have so much experience. Please check out the blog about LIVING with Epilepsy I started last month. Lately it's focused on Epilepsy and work: http://lyndamcguirk
Any pearls of wisdom you would like to share there would be appreciated!
Thanks again, Lynda
