Thanks, Rachel.
I did quite a lot of research on the Net about dystonia and it also speaks of tremors which I experience often when I smoke a cigarette. These tremors last quite a while and it's my entire arms which shake. I didn't mention it to the new Neuro as, well...the office visit was rather brief and this guy was like don't speak unless spoken to.
Now I did tell my regular Neuro and she did a few hands on exam in her office yet at that time I wasn't shaking so she dismissed it.
I think when I told this new Neurologist my head would bob to the right and I could stop it on my own, that's why he noted this as a "focal cervical tonic event." Whereas my regular Neuro says she suspects "frontal lobe complex partial" seizures.
I will call the new Neuro next week for an explanation of his terminology.
