My question I guess would be is if you had a medical alert bracelet on? When I lived in DC I had a seizure or two in the metro and they always looked at my bracelet first.

While unconscious, the officer quickly examined me to find out if it the seizure was related to alcohol or drug abuse. Lack of smell showed that it probably wasn't alcohol. To decide if drugs were related,They pat you down, if any pills are found lose or in any type of container, they view them as drugs of abuse. I was transporting my morning and afternoon doses for that day at work at FDA in Washington, D.C.. Now, I take each days supply of meds. to work on Monday in a weekly pill container.
