If you are going to measure anything, I would measure your body fat percentage.

Subject: [fast5] Goal Weight Questions
Hey everyone! I've been on Fast-5 for a few weeks now, and I'm loving the results I'm seeing. I just passed my first goal of losing 8 lbs today, and I've been trying to decide how to go about setting my long-term weight loss goal. Right now, I'm thinking that I would like to lose 20 more lbs in the next 6 months, but I was wondering if it is better to simply continue with my current eating window (3-5 hours) until I reach the point that the fat burned each day equals the calories I take in, and I stop losing weight. The Wii Fit says that I should aim for a BMI of 22, but that would put me at 145 lbs, and I can't even remember the last time I weighed that amount. I can remember weighing 155 or 160 and being satisfied with my weight and appearance, so I was wondering if planning to cut away lbs until I get even lighter would be beneficial. At what point do other people stop trying to lose weight?
