hi all, I did fast five several months ago and lost weight. over christmas I was told to eat more fiber, and in the morning. i started eating a lot more and all day long. i put on about 6 lbs. i decided i could probably still eat the fiber, etc just during the 5 hr period and sitll do fast 5. so i have lost about 3 lbs but for the last month havent lost a thing. i am working out 2 -2.5 mile s a day on the eliptical as well. i need to drink more water.
any other advice?
