[epilepsy] Borage Oil.. be careful

 

It's been over 3 y'rs since my LTL, and have only had a couple of seizures,

very small one I think was related to the Sam-E over 200 is too much for me, 100 mg seemed ok but stopped.

and Borage Oil. stay away from it!! google has plenty of warnings also and was kind of shocked I did not hear about it.. It was in a omega blend I was taking and a couple days later had several seizures, took onother couple of days to feel normal again
