i am a DEFINITE sugar addict
what i did in the beginning was literally satisfy my craving, but i broke myself of it, gradually, less every time and the more i got to used to fast 5ing, i discovered that i really didn't want sugary stuff as much as before. what i do now, if i need sugar, i eat an oatmeal cookie, or a fruit which usually sates the craving. i also eat dark chocolate squares sometimes and thats all it takes. but if there are times when i'm really wanting a piece of cake, i just take it, and don't deprive myself, and that way, i have some occasionally and don't binge eat whenever i see free cake.
