Re: [epilepsy] Thank you

lack of sleep and the "pre exam jitters" i would say are heavy stress producers which is probably what causes her to have the seizures.i recommend trying to find some stress reducing things, and see if this helps to reduce her seizures. remember i am not a dr so please don't sue me.:)) lol

Dear friends,
I was overwhelmed and really happy because of your quick response. I read a lot about EP but sharing experiences with you is more useful and different. My daughter's main concern is studying and achieving high grades in school as she is a distinguished student and this leads her to staying awake more than she should and increases her stress. I noticed that her seizures always happen when she does not have enough sleep and during her exams. they always happen early in the morning and she spend most of the day in bed as a result of headache and exhaustion.
Thank you very much and I will keep in touch
Hanan
