Hi Gina,

I am 42, I was just on Topamax 500mg a day (for about 1 1/2 years) and currently on Keppra 1750 mg a day.  The Topamax caused me to have major dizzy spells & nausia.  Keppra so far so good no problems.  I refused to take Topamax cause of the symptoms and I tend to be one who becomes immune to medications after awhile like about a year or so.  I wish your son best of health and luck with the meds.

My sons neurologist wants to put him on Topamax in combination with the
Keppra he is currently on.

Would appreciate any feedback, positive or negative, on this medication.
