[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Re: Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup

I love this homemade catsup:

George Stella's Quick and Easy Ketchup

1 8 oz can tomato sauce- no sugar added
1 6 oz can tomato paste-no sugar added
2 Tbsp white vinegar
1/4 cup Splenda

Mix all together and store in a container in the refrigerator
for 1-2 weeks.
No preservatives in this! so it wont keep like regular ketchup.

Yield: 24 servings at 1 net carb per 2 Tbsp
serving second book says 24 servings at 1 tbsp.
each 2 net carbs per serving
