Hello Millie.
Yes, I have but if you missed it, the brand name of the purest transdermal magnesium chloride is Ancient Minerals. Dr Mark Sircus and his research assistant checked out the various brands - some had high levels of mercury which would be absorbed with the magnesium so was not acceptable, and some had high levels of lead, again not acceptable. Some did not have very much magnesium chloride in them - Ancient Minerals has a concentration of 31 -35 % magnesium chloride which is as concentrated as it gets. Dr Sircus does not recommend any products that he would not use for his own family.
This is the Ancient Minerals website and you will find lots of info there

For example,
Is there a maximum daily limit for using Ancient Minerals topically?
No. As mentioned before, the skin has a unique ability to self-regulate absorption, and therefore overuse is of little concern.

Ancient MInerals comes in Magnesium Oil, Magnesium Gel and Magnesium Flakes.
The "Oil" does not really have oil in it - concentrated magnesium chloride feels like an oil which is why they call it that. The ingrediants of this are sea water and magnesium chloride.
The Gel combines the healing power of magnesium chloride with biologically active, certified organic aloe vera extract (ACTIValoe®) in therapeutic amounts.
Magnesium Flakes are the dry flakes of magnesium chloride and other naturally occurring trace minerals
The flakes are the cheapest and so I use them in whole tub baths as well as foot-baths. I also dissolve a few cups in large plastic jug with filtered water to use to spray on my feet.
I haven't got a nebulizer but will be getting one - that is an easy and effective way to get magnesium - and one does not have to wait 20 minutes for it to be absorbed.
If you have any questions let me know - I have been using this for almost 5 years now and have learned how to cure or treat various illlnesses. Actually I just got good news yesterday from my doctor ...I used to have Osteoporosis in 4 discs in my uppper back ... I was just told that I do not have osteoporosis anymore at all anywhere ....... my doctor said that my bones are amazingly strong and especially for somebody my age [I just turned 65].

> Yes, lots of elemental magnesium will fix it. Magnesium will fix all tremors, spasms, muscles and nerve shaking, etc - magnesium naturally calms and relaxes the nerves as well as the muscles. In fact what you describe in a symptom of magnesium deficiency.

Getting magnesium by I.V.s , injections or transdermally is absorbed well.
