Hello,
 
I am brand new to this kind of "diet"  To me it makes sense.  When I eat something in the AM, no matter how healthy, it creates cravings all day long.
I have about 80 pounds to lose, I really hope this is the way.  Have any of you lost alot of weight eating this way?
