Cranberry Fruit Dip - 9g Carbs, 0g Fiber, 7g Sugar

From: the American Heart Association Quick & Easy Cookbook,
2001 by the American Heart Association

This refreshing fruit dip comes together in 5 minutes or less. Serve
it with a variety of fresh fruit, such as apple slices, orange sections,
melon spears, and pineapple chunks.

Serves: 8
Serving Size: 2 tablespoons

1/2 cup nonfat or low-fat vanilla, lemon, or peach yogurt
1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground ginger

In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Serve with fruit.
This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator
for up to 3 days.
