Ron,
I do not find EP scary. I have learned so much especily in this group.
How about if everybody would write down 5 good things that has happened
each day. It doesn't have to be big. Example: the sun shone today,
it's been dry and it rained today, I got s good nites sleep, I smiled
at a stanger today and they smiled back,. etc.
