Honey Mustard Marinade

1 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1 garlic clove -- minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Combine all ingredients.
Yield about 2 1/2 cups (10 one-quarter cup servings).
