Honey Soy Basting Sauce

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
3 garlic cloves -- minced
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons dry white wine
Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and boil over high heat for 2 minutes. Keep warm while basting.
Yield about 3/4 cup.
Similar to the preceding recipe (Honey Mustard Marinade), this sauce is meant to be used for basting [favorites] during grilling. Use it for [white favorites or sea].
