Has anyone thought about using the book THE SECRET along with doing Fast-5 ?
One of the main points about losing weight that I got from the book was to act as if you were already at your goal weight instead of saying to yourself "I need to lose weight." If your mind is on losing weight then you manifest for yourself having to lose more weight, but not being there.
