1/2 tsp basil leaves
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano leaves
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup chicken broth
Mix the dry spices in a large bowl and roll the turkey in it. Add the chicken broth and mix well. Keep aside for 15 - 20 minutes.
Make patties out of the mix: you will get 8 patties of about 3/4 inch thickness.
Place a non stick skillet on medium heat and cook the patties on each side for 5 - 8 minutes until crisp and light brown.
Serve hot or cold.
