Sounds like a form of a complex partial, or it may be anxiety related.
With complex partial all kinds of weird things happen, I had some
bizarre symptoms with mine, and did some pretty strange things. The
exhaustion could be explained by both a seizure type or anxiety. I
would ask, do you speak in complete thoughts, like "I need to sit down"
or "I need to lean on something?". During a complex partial it is
possible to speak, but not in complete thoughts, it tends to be
repetitive, or only "yes" or "no" to questions.
Anxiety is not uncommon with epileptics in crowded places because of the
"what if I have a seizure" thought we all have. Our brains simply do
not handle the stress of those thoughts very well. It is also possible
that the noise, a lot of it of all different types at once, triggered
it. There really isn't a way to know for sure, but if it is always
happening in the same setting, I would lean toward anxiety, or anxiety
triggering a seizure.
