Pineapple Sweet and Sour Sauce

1 can pineapple chunks -- (4 oz) or rings, juice only
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1. Place all of the above ingredients together in a saucepan.
2. Mix together and cook over a medium-high heat, stirring continuously, until the sauce comes together and thickens.
Makes 1 1/4 cup (20 one-tablespoon servings)
