Hi Tim,
My best friend's dad has been taking dilantin for years. The only time he has break through seizures is when they try to put him on a new medication...there's something to be said for "an oldie but goodie". If it works, don't change it, but if you're like me, you'll go through a lot of combos trying to find one!
