A Festive New Year's Eve Drink
This festive bubbly punch is just what you need to get the party
started. It's perfect for making a toast to friends and family and
it can be prepared before midnight rolls around just in time to
celebrate the New Year!

New Year's Eve, try our Phase 2 champagne punch recipe.
Makes: 18 cups of punch
1 pkg sugar-free ruby red grapefruit mix
8 cups cold water
1 tsp sugar-free orange drink mix
1 quart club soda
2 bottles of extra brut, brut, or extra-dry champagne
Following the directions on the package, combine the 8 cups cold water
with the appropriate amount of sugar-free ruby red grapefruit mix. Add
the orange drink mix and club soda. Chill well. When ready to serve, pour
into a punch bowl and add the champagne.
Makes: 18 cups of punch
Serving Size: 1 cup
