Hi Michelle,

I've been on Trileptal the past maybe 8 years maybe, and before that Tegreol which has most the same ingredients. I haven't been on the others. I have been on so many different meds since it all began for me in 1975.

Yea, the meds affect us all differently and at the same time affects us differently depending on the dosage also! Me, they did and do affect me allot!

This may not make any sense but yea, I wish I wasn't on them, but I am! But accepting and understanding and figuring out how to compensate on how they affect us is what helped me allot! I'm going to assume this won't make sense to people not on the different meds. But finding interests, hobbies, things that we enjoy doing with the side effects of meds helps so so much. But like we all know, for kids, it's extremely difficult! Hope what I said made some sense?
