I lost 26 pounds last year and have not gained it back over the past 6 months. I eat normally now. I suggest you find other stress relievers: music, journaling, exercise, yoga, church, reading, movies, crafts anything to draw yourself away from and distract yourself from the immediate problems you face. it may take a while to find something that soothes as well as food once did but exploring all the options can be great. good luck with it all.

At the moment I am going through a family crisis and doing Fast-5 means I am not in the food all day to cope. But its hard to stay on track, due to the fact there is little day to day support. Also it is very different to the type of eating plans that are considered 'normal'. I follow some of the blogs of IF success stories and have been on Fast-5 facebook site.
