> The other thing I'd point out is that your apple juice and liquid vitamins in the morning - those are throwing off your body's fat burning mechanism (which is the whole point of fast 5), and without being a doctor I would still put money on it that they are helping your body continue to crave sugar. Go back and re-read the book. On the days when you're having juice / liquid vitamins, in my opinion you're not really going to get a lot of the benefits of fasting. Being that it's a once-a-day thing (and not a bad thing at all!), I don't see why you wouldn't just move that over and make it your normal way of breaking your fast.
