Hello All,
I'm on day 3 of Fast-5 and am doing pretty well. Today has been the toughest by far, but I've been sticking it out.
Honestly, the most difficult part of the diet is eating responsibly during the 5-10 period. I don't eat bad things, and I'm staying under my allotted daily calories, but I scarf my food down after the fasting period and always end up uncomfortably full.
Any of you successful Fast-5ers have any suggestions for slowing myself down during the eating period and eating responsibly?
