Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal - 44g Carbs, 6g Fiber, 15g Sugar

A hearty breakfast that tastes just like apple pie.

PREPARATION TIME: 2 minutes
COOK TIME: 4 minutes
Servings: 1

3/4 cup water
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
Pinch salt
2 packets SUN CRYSTALS All-Natural Sweetener
1/2 cup unsweetened, chunky applesauce
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1. BOIL water in a small sauce pan. Add oats and salt. Stirring
frequently, cook 3–4 minutes over medium heat or until most of the
water has been absorbed by the oats.

2. ADD SUN CRYSTALS Sweetener, applesauce, and cinnamon. Cook over
low heat until warmed. Serve immediately.

Servings: 1
