  Rachel's Greek Parsley Feta Pesto - 3g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber

  1                cup  fresh flat-leaf parsley
     1/2           cup  crumbled feta cheese
  1                     garlic clove
  1           teaspoon  coarse black pepper
  3        tablespoons  chopped walnuts
     1/4           cup  extra virgin olive oil

Place all the ingredients for the pesto in the food processor bowl, except the olive oil. Turn on the food processor, slowly stream in the olive oil until all is incorporated.

Serve at room temperature.
