Sweet & Sunny Pumpkin Pies - 24g Carbs, 2g Fiber, 12g Sugar

PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 20–25 minutes
MAKES: 4

1/2 cup fat-free evaporated milk
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
1 egg white
1/8 tsp ground ginger
Pinch ground cloves
1/8 tsp cinnamon
3 packets SUN CRYSTALS All-Natural Sweetener
1/8 tsp salt
4 mini graham cracker pie crusts

1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.

2. MIX evaporated milk and cornstarch together.

3. STIR together pumpkin puree, egg white, ginger, cloves, cinnamon,
SUN CRYSTALS Sweetener, and salt until blended.

4. POUR milk mixture into pumpkin and blend well. Pour filling evenly
into crusts.

5. BAKE on a baking sheet 20–25 minutes or until set in the center.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
