It is truly a journey. Since it's something that will be with me for the rest of my life -- I am doing all I can to make it a positive experience by learning a new way of living.
I'll take a look at the recipes -- I didn't think to look in the dessert file (duh). Sometimes I watch the top chef or iron chef competitions and they often use an ice cream maker for odd concoctions -- anyone know of any of those? I want to "play" with the new toy, dontcha know? LOL
