Hi everyone! Just wanted to say how happy I am to be a part of the Fast-5
group and lifestyle. Fast-5 has been so great for me, I'm loving it! Just
started about 10 days or so ago and I've lost about 4 lbs already. I see it
in my clothes being a little looser and on the scale. I was telling my
friend who told me about it that I feel so hopeful now that I will finally
be able to lose this 30 lbs I gained after having my two kids in 2007-
without feeling deprived! Love it, love it, love it!
Does anyone plan to start a Fast-5 facebook page? I searched for one, but
only the website came up.
