Iraqi Cold Yogurt and Tomato Soup - Hasa Laban ma'Tamata

4 cups tomato juice
2 cups yogurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Thoroughly mix all ingredients, except cilantro and chill in a
refrigerator for at least two hours. Top with cilantro and serve.

Serves 6 to 8.
