Palestinian Olive Dip - Maazat Zaytoon

2 cups green olives -- pitted and drained
4 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic -- crushed
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 small tomato -- finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil

Place all ingredients except tomatoes and olive oil in a blender and blend
until smooth.

Spread on a serving platter and refrigerate for 1 hour. Garnish with
tomato pieces, sprinkle with oil, and serve.

Makes 6 - 8 servings.
